Position Summary The Art Director will be responsible for implementing Living Spaces' brand message throughout all advertising channels while maintaining brand integrity. Position Description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Other duties may be assigned.Work closely with the Creative Director to manage brand guidelines as they apply to all marketing initiativesDevelop and execute creative concepts for retail events and TV campaigns that achieve brand and marketing objectivesCollaborate with internal and external production groups to execute creative conceptsWork with the Production Manager to determine needs and schedules for execution of conceptsCoordinate with the E-Commerce team to ensure that creative concepts are being communicated consistently onlineCreate assets for print advertising, including magazines, POP, inserts and other outletsCreate and manage the layout of the Living Spaces catalogScout and assess locations for potential catalog and TV productionsActively participate in all pre-production and on-location activities relating to creative productionsWork closely with post-production teams to finalize TV conceptsOversee all proofing and press checks for catalog productionUtilize project management tools to manage daily tasks and gain efficienciesAssist in the education and development of Creative team membersQualifications

Education/Experience:

Bachelor's degree (B. A. or B. S.) or equivalent from four-year college in Marketing, Art Direction, or related business field. Three years of experience in a similar role at an agency or in-house marketing team. Mastery of advanced design concepts, including composition, color & typography. Thorough understanding of TV productions, photography and printing techniques. Must have experience in creating TV campaigns from concept to execution. Thorough understanding of color correction, editing, graphics/animation, music selection and sound. Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.Computer Skills:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must have strong proficiency in MS Office applications including Excel, Word and PowerPoint. Advanced skill level in the Adobe Creative Suite.Supervisory Responsibilities:

This position will manage team within the Art and Creative teams within the Marketing Department. Develop and execute the company's business strategies in order to attain the goals of the board and shareholders. Provide strategic advice so direct reports will have accurate view of the market and the company's future. Prepare and implement comprehensive business plans to facilitate. Ensure company policies and legal guidelines are communicated all the way from the top down in the company and that they are followed at all times. Communicate and maintain trust relationships with shareholders, business partners, and authorities. Able to delegate responsibilities and supervise the work of direct reports providing guidance and motivation to drive maximum performance.Position Hiring Range

The hiring pay range provides a guide for what we would reasonably pay for the position. Pay will be determined by several factors, including but not limited to: applicant's education, relevant work experience, knowledge, skills and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with geographic market data. Living Spaces reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Pay is determined by various factors including market demand, applicable skills, work experience and education, location, company budget, and in-demand skill sets.Compensation: $80,775.00 - $107,700.00
