A respected law firm is seeking an experienced Employment & Labor Attorney to join their practice group in the Los Angeles area, with options to work in Downtown Los Angeles, Santa Monica, or San Diego. This role involves providing employment counseling, handling litigation, and engaging in transactional work. The ideal candidate will have over four years of experience in employment law and a strong interest in advising clients on employment policies, compliance, and related agreements.Location

Advise clients on employment policies, statutory and regulatory compliance, and best practices.Draft and review employment and separation agreements.Provide representation in employment-related litigation and assist in transactional work.Mentor and assist in training junior associates.Engage in various aspects of employment counseling for a diverse client base.Requirements
Minimum of 4 years of experience in employment law.Strong legal research, writing, and communication skills.High motivation, initiative, and a strong work ethic.Education
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Certifications
Active admission to the California State Bar.Skills
Comprehensive understanding of employment law practices and regulations.Ability to advise clients on complex employment issues and agreements.Excellent communication, both written and verbal, and legal drafting abilities.Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative approach.Capability to manage multiple priorities effectively and work in a fast-paced environment.Benefits
