Manage employee accommodation and leave issues. Conduct investigations into employment-related matters. Ensure compliance with public accommodation access for persons with disabilities and OSHA regulations. Any other employment law issues as they arise. Requirements: Minimum of 2+ years of experience in labor and employment law. Admitted to the Bar in Texas or preparing to obtain such admission in 2024 through reciprocity with another state. Excellent academic credentials. Strong research and writing skills. Proficient in public speaking. Experience and responsibility in a broad base of employment issues. Education and Certifications: Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school. Admission to the Bar in Texas or eligibility for reciprocity admission. Skills: Comprehensive understanding of labor and employment laws. Ability to provide strategic legal advice. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
