Candidates should exhibit a strong academic background, practical experience, and a collaborative spirit, ready to tackle challenging cases in a fast-paced environment.Duties:Draft, design, implement, and administer both tax-qualified and non-qualified retirement plans as well as health and welfare benefit plans.Handle executive compensation and benefits issues during mergers and acquisitions, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.Address taxation issues related to executive compensation arrangements, including Sections 409A and 280G of the Internal Revenue Code.Design and draft employment contracts and other executive compensation arrangements.Collaborate with colleagues and clients to develop effective legal strategies and solutions.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of changes in laws and regulations affecting healthcare litigation and employee benefits.Requirements:Minimum of 3+ years of experience in employee benefits and executive compensation law, particularly within healthcare litigation.Demonstrated high level of academic achievement and law firm experience.Excellent writing, drafting, and communication skills are essential.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.Ambition and drive to contribute to the growth and success of the practice.Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced legal environment.Education:Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.Certifications:Must be a licensed attorney in good standing.Skills:Proficient in legal research and analysis.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Exceptional interpersonal skills for client interactions and team collaboration.Knowledge of health care regulations and employee benefits law.Job Location:
