This position focuses on representing plaintiffs in wage and hour, Private Attorneys General Act (PAGA), and class action cases. The position is remote, but based out of Beverly Hills, CA, and offers significant career growth and financial advancement opportunities.Duties:Represent clients in court, before government agencies, and in private legal matters related to labor and employment law.Manage a caseload of wage and hour, PAGA, and class action lawsuits.Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to build strong cases.Interpret relevant laws, regulations, and rulings for clients.Draft and file legal documents, including briefs, motions, and other litigation-related materials.Collaborate with senior attorneys and team members on case strategy and litigation approaches.Engage in brainstorming sessions to discuss case developments and strategies with the broader legal team.Provide counsel to clients regarding case developments and legal options.Requirements:Strong grasp of wage and hour, PAGA, and class action litigation.Ability to independently manage a full caseload while collaborating with team members.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Self-motivated and able to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.Education:Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.Certifications:Admitted to the California State Bar.Skills:Extensive litigation experience in labor and employment law.Proficient legal research and case management abilities.Strong attention to detail with a focus on providing high-quality legal services.Ability to collaborate effectively in a team-oriented setting while maintaining independence in handling cases.Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines.
