A law firm seeks a dedicated Corporate Transactional Attorney to join its boutique M&A practice. This remote position is ideal for an attorney with a passion for corporate law and a focus on mergers and acquisitions. Duties:
Draft contracts and conduct legal due diligence for various transactions.
Manage the closing process and negotiate terms with counterparties.
Utilize legal software to facilitate effective communication and collaboration within the deal team.
Provide exceptional client care, ensuring all needs are met promptly and efficiently.
Work alongside clients and other professionals to deliver strategic guidance and solutions.
Collaborate with colleagues to ensure successful outcomes for all transactions.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree and Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited institution.
Active law license in Florida in good standing.
A minimum of 1 year of experience as a transactional attorney.
Highly motivated, independent, and capable of self-direction.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong interpersonal abilities.
Exceptional organizational skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
Strategic and analytical thinking skills, with the ability to present information clearly and respond effectively to inquiries.
Education:
Bachelor's Degree.
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
Certifications:
Active Florida Bar license in good standing.
Skills:
Proficient in legal drafting and negotiation techniques.
Strong ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team.
