The candidate should be capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment managing complex, sensitive matters and sophisticated clients, including availability on some evenings/weekends. Experience as a federal judicial law clerk, in private practice, and as an Assistant US Attorney is strongly preferred.Duties:
Conduct legal research and draft legal documents related to government investigations and white collar defense cases.Represent clients in federal and state court proceedings, as well as before regulatory agencies.Provide strategic counsel to clients regarding compliance and risk management.Collaborate with senior attorneys and partners on case strategy and client representation.Requirements:
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Admission to the Colorado State Bar, or ability to become admitted promptly.5-7 years of relevant experience in government investigations/white-collar defense.Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Education & Certifications:
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Admission to the Colorado State Bar, or ability to become admitted promptly.Skills:
Proficiency in legal research and writing.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.Experience with electronic discovery and document management systems preferred.Benefits Offered:
