The ideal candidate will be a skilled advocate with a proven track record of managing complex immigration cases and demonstrating exceptional client service.Duties:Explain immigration concepts and present strategic solutions to clients.Represent non-detained and detained individuals in removal proceedings before the Immigration Court and Board of Immigration Appeals.Manage a diverse caseload, including preparing and submitting immigration applications and petitions.Conduct intake meetings with detained individuals at immigration detention centers.Prepare and review various immigration applications, including removal defense and family-based immigration petitions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal standards.Present to and collaborate with law enforcement, prosecutorial offices, and community-based organizations regarding changes in immigration law and policy.Conduct strategic consultations with potential clients to determine the appropriate legal strategy and approach.Develop and implement case strategies, preparing clients and witnesses for court appearances and USCIS testimony.Provide thorough legal analysis to identify potential case benefits and advise clients accordingly.Draft and submit legal briefs for a wide range of immigration cases.Requirements:5-8 years of experience in Immigration Law.Proven ability to manage a caseload effectively and move legal cases forward.Experience with family-based petitions, humanitarian cases, EOIR matters, detained cases, citizenship applications, and other USCIS applications.Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.Proficiency with case management software is preferred.Outstanding interpersonal skills and a team-oriented approach.Strong record of successful case management and client advocacy.Education:Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Certifications:Active membership in the State Bar where practicing.Skills:Comprehensive knowledge of immigration law and procedures.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to develop strategic solutions and provide clear legal advice.Strong client relationship and case management skills.Ability to work collaboratively and independently with a team.Job Location:Benefits Offered:Medical, dental, and vision insurance.Competitive compensation package including a 401(k) plan.Perks include catered lunches, complimentary parking, paid time off, and more.Company info
