Candidates must be licensed in California and demonstrate relevant experience in health care transactions.Duties and Responsibilities:Communicate effectively with clients to provide clear and concise written legal analysis.Develop a strong understanding of clients’ business operations, objectives, and strategic goals.Provide creative, practical, and actionable legal advice tailored to clients' needs.Work collaboratively with team members, including those specializing in fraud and abuse investigations, licensing and certification, and reimbursement litigation.Handle complex regulatory regimes and significant transactions within the health care sector.Participate in negotiations and drafting of transactional documents related to health care.Assist in the development and implementation of strategies to address regulatory and compliance issues.Stay updated on changes in health care regulations and industry trends to provide informed advice.Requirements:Experience in health care transactional law, with a focus on regulatory regimes and significant transactions.Licensed to practice law in California.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.Experience working with health care clients and understanding of health care regulations is highly desirable.Education and Certifications:Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Active membership in the California State Bar.Skills:In-depth knowledge of health care regulatory frameworks and transactional practices.Strong legal research and writing skills.Effective communication and client relationship management.Ability to provide practical and strategic legal advice.Collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams.Proficiency in negotiating and drafting transactional documents.Job Location:
