The position requires experience with complex regulatory regimes or significant transactions and requires California licensure.Duties and Responsibilities:Communicate effectively with clients, delivering clear and concise legal analysis and advice.Develop a deep understanding of clients' business operations, objectives, and strategic goals.Provide creative, practical, and actionable legal advice tailored to clients’ needs and business goals.Collaborate with team members, including those specializing in fraud and abuse investigations, licensing, certification, and reimbursement litigation.Manage complex regulatory regimes and significant transactions within the health care sector.Draft, review, and negotiate transactional documents and agreements.Assist in developing and implementing strategies to address regulatory compliance and operational challenges.Stay current on industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices to offer informed and up-to-date legal advice.Requirements:2-5 years of experience in health care transactional law, with a focus on regulatory issues and significant transactions.Licensed to practice law in California.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines effectively.Collaborative mindset with the ability to work well in a team environment.Experience with health care clients and an understanding of health care regulations is preferred.Education and Certifications:Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Active membership in the California State Bar.Skills:In-depth knowledge of health care regulatory frameworks and transactional practices.Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.Effective client communication and relationship management.Ability to provide strategic legal advice and develop solutions.Proficiency in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating transactional documents.Collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams.Job Location:
