Commercial Litigation Attorney

A law firm in Naples is seeking a Commercial Litigation Attorney with substantial experience in real estate and construction litigation. The ideal candidate will have a strong academic record and demonstrate skills, initiative, enthusiasm, and a commitment to client service to thrive in this role.Duties:Handle a variety of commercial litigation matters, with a focus on real estate and construction disputes.Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and briefs.Manage discovery, including document production and review.Represent clients in mediations, arbitrations, and court hearings.Develop and implement litigation strategies to achieve client objectives.Collaborate with clients, colleagues, and experts to prepare cases for trial.Provide legal advice and counsel to clients on litigation and dispute resolution matters.Maintain regular communication with clients to provide updates and manage expectations.Assist in business development efforts and contribute to the growth of the litigation practice.Requirements:Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Admission to the Florida Bar.5+ years of experience practicing commercial litigation, with a focus on real estate and construction disputes.Strong academic credentials and a proven track record of success.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Effective written and verbal communication abilities.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Commitment to providing high-quality client service and achieving favorable outcomes.Education:Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an ABA-accredited law school.Certifications:Admission to the Florida Bar.Skills:Expertise in real estate and construction litigation.Proficiency in legal research and writing.Experience with discovery management and trial preparation.Ability to handle multiple cases and prioritize tasks effectively.Strong negotiation and advocacy skills.Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and thoroughness.
