The candidate should have superior academic credentials and exemplary oral, written, and interpersonal skills.Duties:Provide legal counsel on intellectual property and technology transactions.Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial agreements, including licensing agreements, development agreements, and joint ventures.Advise clients on intellectual property matters related to mergers and acquisitions, including due diligence and integration strategies.Handle all stages of commercial transactions, from initial negotiation to final execution.Collaborate with other attorneys and practice groups to provide comprehensive legal solutions.Stay abreast of legal developments in intellectual property and technology law to ensure compliance and best practices.Manage client relationships and provide strategic advice to technology companies at various stages of growth.Requirements:Minimum of 3+ years of experience in a law firm setting, specifically in intellectual property and technology transactions.Substantial experience with complex commercial transactions, including those involving technology companies.Proven track record of advising on M&A and other corporate transactions from an intellectual property and commercial perspective.Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex legal concepts to clients and colleagues.Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.Education:Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Exceptional academic performance with a focus on intellectual property, technology law, or related fields.Certifications:Licensed to practice law in the state of California.Skills:Deep understanding of intellectual property law, including patents, trademarks, copyrights, and trade secrets.Expertise in drafting and negotiating technology-related contracts.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.Proven client management and relationship-building skills.Proficiency in legal research and analysis.
