The firm represents clients in a variety of cases, including personal injury, medical malpractice, automobile negligence, and premises liability. This role offers immediate hands-on litigation experience and provides a dynamic and supportive environment for attorneys eager to develop their careers.Duties:
Conduct fact investigations and develop case strategies.Collect, review, and organize case records.Collaborate closely with clients throughout the litigation process.Attend depositions, hearings, and trials.Prepare legal motions and documents for trial.Represent clients in complex insurance defense matters, such as medical malpractice and personal injury.Requirements:
3 to 7 years of legal practice experience.Active Bar license in the State of Florida (required).Experience in personal injury law or insurance defense preferred.Education:
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Skills:
Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for client interaction.Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.Experience with trial preparation and court proceedings.Compensation and Benefits:
