Join us in shaping the future of our organization through effective change leadership!The North America Regional Change Lead will enable Rockwell Automation's Enterprise Transformation to an outcome-based and data-driven organization by employing and delivering Change Management strategies. This includes ensuring changes to business processes, systems and technology, and organizational readiness for the Demand to Renew (D2R) initiative. Demand to Renew paves the way for a single connected experience that enables a seamless end-to-end customer lifecycle that maximizes value, minimizes risk, and optimizes time.The North America Change Lead will lead the regional execution of Success Enablement (SE) Plans, ensuring alignment with the global program objectives. This role requires a strategic mindset, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of regional cultures, business practices, and regulatory environments.You will report to the Director for Strategic Planning and Operations, Data, Analytics, Insights and Innovation. You will help lead Change Management and Program Operations for the Demand to Renew Transformation initiative for the North America region.Your Responsibilities:Lead the execution of Success Enablement (SE) Plans at the regional level and customize learning, communication, and change network materials for adoption and regional ways of workingMaintain stakeholder list and drive regional stakeholder engagement and communicationsCollaborate with global teams to address regional needs and provide pulse on regional adoption and blockersCoordinate with SE Workstream Leads and Instructional Designers to ensure regional training programs align with local needsFacilitate regional change network engagement, train-the-trainer sessions, translation Quality Assurance facilitations, and stakeholder list maintenanceSupport end-user training sessions for their region as neededConduct change Impact Analysis with subject matter experts to understand local implications and potential resistanceProvide regular progress reports to central and regional leadershipCollaborate with Global Business Process Leaders (GBPLs) to regionalize new processes and gain regional alignmentThe Essentials - You Will Have:Bachelor's Degree or equivalent relevant work experience.Legal authorization to work in the US is required. Typically requires 12+ years' work experience in change management, organizational design, business impact measurement, customer success, sales enablement, or product marketingExpertise . Certifications (PMP, CPTM, CIT) are advantageous but not mandatory. A solid understanding of how people go through a change and the change process; experience with Prosci ADKAR Model is a plusSpecialization.
Experience with JIRA, Confluence and Atlassian suite a plus; prior experience with agile and other program & portfolio management methodologies is a plusCommunication . Product marketing experience is a plusGlobal Mindset.
Ability to work in global, cross-functional teams and partner with colleagues in both business and technical rolesEquanimity.
