Program participants craft 4 personalized rotations in different US geographies, gaining exposure to the organization, working with leaders, and developing the skills needed to shape the company's future. You will directly contribute to business-critical projects and product launches, and you will be exposed to leading-edge industrial automation technology that is developed within Rockwell Automation's major business segments in support of The Connected Enterprise.This may include rotations in software for automation, programmable automation controllers, intelligent motor control, machine safety, process control, industrial security, cloud computing, industrial Ethernet, motion control, industrial components, variable-frequency drives, and more.This may be for you if:You have a passion for designing and developing products
You love to code, tinker, repair, test, and problem-solve
You want to deepen and stretch your technical skills
You crave new experiences and challenges; you embrace the unfamiliar
You have career aspirations to manage people and develop others
You are geographically flexible and willing to relocate multiple times over a 2-year duration
We are looking for recent graduates, those graduating in December 2024 or May 2025 to be available to start June 2025.Basic Qualifications:Bachelor's or advanced degree from an accredited college or university
Legal authorization to work in the US is required. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening. This includes STEM/OPT/CPT visas.
Preferred Qualifications:Recent graduate or graduating before June 2025 (May 2024, December 2024 or May 2025)
3.0 GPA
Prior internship or co-op experience with Rockwell Automation
Demonstrated leadership experience
Involvement in community service extracurriculars or volunteerism
Career interest in Team Lead, Engineering Manager or senior technical leadership roles
