Oversee

all phases of tilt-wall construction projects, ensuring adherence to project specifications and timelines.Manage

daily operations on the job site, coordinating with subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders.Drive

safety initiatives and enforce compliance with safety regulations to maintain a secure work environment.Ensure

high-quality standards by conducting regular inspections and audits throughout the project lifecycle.Communicate

The Successful Applicant

Experience :

Extensive experience in construction management or supervision, specifically within the tilt wall sector or large-scale commercial projects.Proven track record of successfully leading complex projects from inception to completion, with a focus on safety and quality.

Skills :

Strong knowledge of tilt wall construction practices, regulations, and safety standards.Proficient in project management tools and software, with excellent organizational and planning abilities.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
