We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Construction Superintendent with extensive experience in ground-up projects, particularly in tilt wall construction and driven/cast-in-place pier piles. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the successful execution of construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to quality, safety, and budgetary requirements.Key Responsibilities:Project Management:

Oversee all phases of ground-up construction projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to specifications.Tilt Wall Construction:

Manage the planning and execution of tilt wall systems, coordinating with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to meet project goals.Foundation Oversight:

Supervise the installation and quality control of driven and cast-in-place pier piles, ensuring compliance with design and engineering standards.Team Leadership:

Direct and mentor on-site staff, subcontractors, and laborers, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.Quality Assurance:

Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with project specifications, safety regulations, and building codes.Budget and Schedule Management:

Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and manage timelines to prevent delays and cost overruns.Communication:

Serve as the main point of contact for clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders, ensuring clear and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.Safety Compliance:

Promote a culture of safety on-site, conducting safety meetings, training sessions, and ensuring adherence to all safety protocols.Documentation:
