All of the Building and Construction projects are in and around the Fairfield and New Haven County.DescriptionConstruction Superintendent:Key Responsibilities:Project Management:
Lead and coordinate daily construction activities, ensuring adherence to project schedules and budgets.Team Leadership:
Supervise and mentor on-site construction staff, subcontractors, and laborers, fostering a collaborative work environment.Quality Control:
Monitor work progress and quality, conducting regular inspections to ensure compliance with plans, specifications, and safety standards.Safety Management:
Implement and enforce safety protocols, conducting regular safety meetings and training to promote a culture of safety on the job site.Communication:
Serve as the primary point of contact between clients, subcontractors, and internal teams, providing updates on project status and addressing any concerns.Problem Solving:
Identify and resolve issues that may arise during construction, including scheduling conflicts, resource allocation, and unforeseen challenges.Documentation:
Maintain accurate project records, including daily logs, progress reports, and incident reports.
