Traveling Commercial Construction Superintendent

As a Traveling Superintendent, youll oversee ground-up commercial construction projects across various sectorsautomotive, healthcare, industrial, office, retail, and senior livingmanaging projects valued up to $20 million. This role involves extensive travel to multiple project sites.Key Responsibilities:Project Oversight : Manage all on-site activities throughout each projects lifecycle.Scheduling & Budget Compliance : Ensure projects adhere to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.Subcontractor Coordination : Oversee subcontractors and enforce safety protocols.Scheduling : Develop and update project schedules to avoid delays.Quality Assurance : Conduct inspections and resolve any quality issues promptly.Budget Assistance : Support budget management and forecasting.Client & Stakeholder Liaison : Serve as the primary on-site contact.Documentation : Maintain project records and provide regular progress reports.Qualifications:Experience : 310 years as a Superintendent in ground-up commercial construction.Technical Skills : Proficient in reading blueprints and using construction software (e.g., Procore, MS Project).Certifications : OSHA 30-hour certification preferred.Travel : Must be willing to travel frequently.Leadership : Strong leadership and communication skills.Benefits:Competitive salary with performance bonuses.Health, dental, and vision insurance; 401(k) with company match.Paid time off, company vehicle or allowance, per diem, and lodging for travel.
