Construction Superintendent - Ground up Grocery

In this role you will be tasked with managing all on-site activities for ground-up grocery store projects. This role ensures projects are completed on time, within budget, and to high standards, working closely with project managers, subcontractors, and stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:Project Oversight : Manage all construction phases from pre-construction to closeout.Scheduling : Create and maintain project schedules to meet milestones.Quality Control : Ensure work meets company standards and design specs.Safety Compliance : Enforce safety regulations and company policies.Team Leadership : Lead and mentor on-site teams.Coordination : Facilitate daily coordination with project managers and stakeholders.Problem Solving : Proactively address project issues.Communication : Provide updates to stakeholders.Qualifications:5+ years as a Superintendent in commercial construction, ideally in grocery or retail projectsProven ability to deliver projects on time and on budgetStrong knowledge of construction processes, codes, and safety regulationsProficient in construction management software and Microsoft OfficeOSHA certification preferredBenefits:Competitive salary, performance bonusesHealth, dental, vision insurance, and 401(k) with company matchProfessional growth opportunities in a collaborative environment
