Supportive Concepts for Families (SCFF) One of the largest social service agencies in PA with positions available throughout the State. Providing programs and support for more individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities Our team members are focused on providing the best life possible for those we serve. SCFF is currently seeking: Full-Time Program Coordinator in Pittsburgh, PA. Pay rate starting at $19/hour REQUIREMENTS: 18 Years of age Valid Driver's License Knowledge of and ability to work with individuals with Mental Health Diagnoses. Excellent communication skills and organizational skills/detail oriented. Two years of experience in human services or related field
RESPONSIBILITIES: Oversight of multiple CLAs. Supervise and direct the work of Residential Specialists/DSPs to include the following: Medical Appointments/medication management in conjunction with the Assistant Program Coordinator. Complete requirements to become a Medication Administration Observer Monitor medications for refills and reconcile weekly medications with the Assistant Program Coordinator upon delivery prior to the start of each week. Ensure staff administering medications have completed and are current in medication administration training. On Call - Participate in on call rotation. Training - in conjunction with the Program Specialist. Monitor compliance list and inform staff of upcoming training needs. Conduct and observe medication practicums for employees. Mentor and provide ongoing feedback and indicate areas of improvement regarding job performance. Complete accurate and timely employee performance evaluations prior to the due date.
