Summary of Job Description:
Incumbent is responsible for the departments that ensure compliance and the monitoring, tracking and assurance that all projects on and off Tribal lands follow the appropriate Tribal ordinances or regulations as applicable. The departments that report to this position include the Building Department, Environmental Department, CAD/GIS Document Control Department and Safety Department.
Minimum Requirements: Strong organizational and planning skills Considerable oral and written communication skills and interpersonal skills Demonstrated ability to interact and effectively communicate with all levels of management ~AND~
Master's Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related field Seven (7) years of management experience working across various departments and entities including development of reports and related documents, and overall project coordination in construction related matters ~OR~
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related field Ten (10) years of management experience, including working across various departments and entities, development of reports and related documents, and overall project coordination in construction related matters ~OR~
High School Diploma or equivalent Twenty (20) years of management experience, including working across various departments and entities, development of reports and related documents, and overall project coordination in construction related matters
