We're looking for an energetic, detail-oriented Administrative professional to join our dynamic Franchise Development team in support of our Senior Directors as we bring in new franchisees to our network of luxury home services brands. As a Full-Time Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our Franchise Development Team by managing pipeline activities, scheduling appointments, tracking essential paperwork, prospecting new clients, and ensuring smooth administrative operations. With our recent and ongoing growth, this position will remain busy and see excellent opportunities to grow within the team.
What You'll Be Working On:
1. Pipeline Management:
Maintain and update the franchise development pipeline to ensure accurate tracking of leads and prospects.
Assist in monitoring the progress of franchise applications and coordinate follow-ups as needed.
2. Appointment Scheduling:
Efficiently manage calendars for the franchise development team, scheduling meetings, appointments, and conference calls.
Ensure all appointments are well-organized and timely.
3. Document Tracking:
Track and manage important franchise documents and paperwork.
Ensure all documentation is complete, organized, and readily accessible.
4. Prospecting New Clients:
Assist in identifying and prospecting new potential franchise clients or leads.
Conduct research to gather information on potential leads and maintain prospect databases.
5. Email Communication:
Compose and send professional and timely emails on behalf of the franchise development team. Handle routine email correspondence and manage follow-up communications.
6. General Administrative Duties:
Provide comprehensive administrative support, including data entry, filing, and document preparation.
Assist with phone inquiries and maintain effective communication with team members.

Salary: $48,000-$55,000 per year
