Job Description
Sixt is looking for a Senior Regional Sales Performance Manager for the North East region to train and develop rental sales agents and branch managers in the areas of sales and service. Their primary focus will be training on optimizing the rental experience by selling extras based on the customer's needs and providing exceptional customer service. The Senior Regional Sales Performance Manager will be expected to become an expert on our fleet and ancillary products and ensure that the branches in their region are properly educating our customers on the products that will enhance their rental experience. The ideal candidate possesses the following attributes:Exceptional interpersonal and relationship building skillsStrong verbal and written communication skillsStrong organizational skills and the ability to multi-taskAbility to manage stressful or unusual situations to maintain good customer serviceKey Responsibilities:
Trains Employees on how to create the optimal rental experience by maximizing sales and service opportunities for every customer.Coaches branch managers on how to train the Employees on sales, service, and goal setting.Holds workshops for rental agents reviewing sales cycle and role playsImplements motivational contests to build employee morale and improve branch cultureAdvises as an expert on all vehicles in the Sixt fleet, all protection items, and all extrasMeets all sales and service standardsHandles customer complaints with professionalism and confidenceCompletes daily, weekly, and monthly reportingMeets with branch managers and regional managers to review branch progressHandles all telephone and email inquiries in a friendly and helpful manner.Qualifications
About you:
Bachelor's degreeMust be based in the North East - Ideally near Newark, NJMinimum 2+ years of sales training or coaching experienceMinimum 5 years customer service or sales experienceMust be at least 21 and have a valid driver's license with a clean driving recordExperience meeting sales quotas or working in highly commissioned positions preferredMust have basic computer navigation skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office ApplicationsMust be willing to wear company uniformsMust have a valid driver's license with a clean driving recordLikely to require at least 60% travel, some of which may be by airplaneMust be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the futureAbility to communicate in other languages is a plusAdditional Information
Benefits:
