Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Lead OFSAA Developer to join our IT Corporate Finance Reporting team, focusing on the internal Profit Plus application.
This role involves providing technical leadership, consultative support, and expertise in Oracle Financial Services Analytical Applications (OFSAA) to support the bank's financial data accuracy and reporting.
The OFSAA Developer Lead will be responsible for managing complex configurations, customizations, data mapping, and integrations, while working closely with finance and IT teams on process improvements and enhancements.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead configuration, development, patching, upgrades, and customization efforts across OFSAA modules including OFSAAI, OFSFTP, and OFSPM.Map data for staging and reporting between the Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW) and OFSAA; develop table-to-table (T2T) integrations.Collaborate closely with the finance team to assess monthly business requirements and enhance data processes.Manage IT SDLC processes, ensuring all documentation and practices are followed, and support code changes impacting various applications.Conduct performance tuning, monitoring, and troubleshooting for OFSAA and related systems.Lead initiatives on data model management using Erwin, including merging models from multiple OFSAA instances.Utilize Zena Enterprise for job scheduling and manage scheduling requirements across applications.Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field.3-5 years of experience supporting OFSAA (versions 8.0.6 and 8.1).5+ years of Data Warehouse experience and application development/implementation.Proficient in Unix/Linux scripting, PL/SQL, ETL, and SQL tools (SQL Developer, Toad).Strong understanding of bank financial statements and related processes.Preferred Qualifications
5+ years of experience in financial services/banking.Comprehensive experience with Oracle Financial Services Analytical Applications (OFSAA).Proficiency with Erwin Data Modeling and Zena Enterprise Job Scheduling.Experience in OFSAA patching, monitoring, and performance tuning.Strong knowledge of financial and banking terminology.Exceptional troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.Ability to work independently in a collaborative, customer-focused environment.
