Personal Lines Client Account Manager
to join our growing team in
Maitland, FL!
The Personal Lines Representative position provides customer service duties for customer accounts and transactions in support of the production of the business
How You Will Contribute
Build, expand and solidify relationships with clients at all levels within the company and lead appropriate resources to address the client's needs, including risk and the identification and resolution of underwriting or policy issues.Responsible for retaining the current book of businessCorrespond and maintain contact with State Agencies regarding new and renewal business.Responsible for the day-to-day account management of client accounts.Prequalifying and analyzing prospect's coverage needsActively soliciting enhancements in coverage (Cross-Selling/Rounding accounts) through sales to existing clientsSeeking Referrals from current client base for new business prospectsOperate a laptop/computer and appropriate software packages or their equivalent.Meet requirements for licensing as directed by the branch/agency.Perform other duties as assigned.Licenses and Certifications:
Property and Casualty licenseSkills & Experience to Be Successful
High school diploma or equivalentProficient with MS Office Suite, especially Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPointRoutine or periodic travel is required; which may require the teammate to drive their own vehicle or a rental vehicle. Acceptable results of a Motor Vehicle Record report at the time of hire and periodically thereafter, and maintenance of minimum acceptable insurance coverages are a requirement of this positionMinimum 1 year experience in a similar position (preferred)Working knowledge of AMS360 and ImageRight (preferred)Teammate Benefits & Total Well-Being
