The Administrative Assistant will provide clerical assistance and handling client and team communications with professionalism. Responsibilities include greeting clients, answering phones, managing reports, handling policy changes, and maintaining confidentiality.
How You Will Contribute
Perform various clerical and administrative functions to provide support to the Commercial Lines TeamEnsure that all clients, guests, and teammates are greeted with efficiency, professionalism, and warmthAnswer phones, route callers, and take and deliver messagesRun/create weekly and monthly reports for the departmentScan and attach all mail/correspondence for the departmentCopy and assemble proposalsAddress policy change requests by processing endorsementsFollow-up on cancellations and endorsementsMaintain pleasant and satisfactory relationships with all company and agency personnel, communicating all relevant information to the respective partiesMaintain appropriate level of confidentially of information processedSkills & Experience to Be Successful
1+ years of office administration experience, RequiredHigh School Diploma, RequiredProficiency in Microsoft 365, RequiredPrevious Personal Lines or Commercial Insurance experience, PreferredExceptional customer service and interpersonal skills#LI-KM1
