Location: Mountville, PA
We are looking for a high energy, accomplished Sr. Manager, Human Resources to join our team at our Mountville, Pennsylvania manufacturing facility. The Mountville plant is our largest facility in North America and a proud manufacturer of Hain's Garden Veggie Snacks and Terra Chips.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Lead, manage and develop the plant HR teamWork directly with plant leadership/managers/supervisors to assist them with employee issues and provide guidance and education regarding human resources practices and legal compliance.Oversee the daily administration of other HR services, including but not limited to promotions, transfers, EEO compliance, job classification, performance evaluation, disciplinary action, training, and employee relations.Develop, prepare, generate, and analyze ongoing and ad-hoc special reports, including staffing levels, turnover, absenteeism, applicant tracking, EEO, compensation, promotions, LOA's, etc.Maintain HR Dashboard report for Plant Management and HR.Administer the compensation program locally, including the annual merit compensation increase process, ongoing pay changes due to promotions, job changes, shift changes etc.Coordinate the annual Performance Review process, as defined, and developed by Hain Corporate.Working in collaboration with corporate center of excellence on Talent Acquisition, develop recruitment strategy to include innovative solutions to ensure a steady pipeline of talent for skilled and unskilled positions in a highly competitive market.Need to be seen as a trusted resource by employees and strategic partner with plant leadershipConceptualize, develop, and implement strategies intended to build engagement and increase employee retention.Conduct exit interviews and track and assess both voluntary and involuntary turnover statistics, themes, etc.Contribute as a member of the plant leadership team, collaborating with Plant Operations, Safety, QA, and other functional leads to ensure programs, policies, and practices are aligned with and enable site strategy.Oversee the weekly payroll process.Respond to employee inquiries and concerns regarding company policies, procedures, and programs.Lead the investigation and resolution of ongoing employee relations issues.Minimum Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or closely related field and/or 5-7 years of HR related experience, or any equivalent combination of experience and training.Ability to effectively manage a team. Supervisory responsibilities overseeing an HR Generalist, HR Coordinator and Receptionist/HR Assistant.Extensive experience in a manufacturing environment.Experienced with ADP (or similar HRIS) system, data analysis and report generation.Considerable knowledge of principles and practices of Human Resources administration.Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws.Skills/Knowledge/Abilities:
Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively at all levels of the organization and across all functional areas.Strong change management, coaching and influence management skills.Exceptional oral and written communication skills.Ability to maintain absolute confidentiality.Comfortable working in a multi-cultural and multi-lingual environment.Strong Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a changing and fast paced environment.Bilingual English/Spanish speaking and writing skills required.Compensation and Benefits:
