LDX Solutions, a global leader in custom-engineered air pollution control technologies and pneumatic conveyance systems, is seeking an experienced
HR Generalist/Recruiter
to join our team. LDX takes pride in fostering a collaborative and dynamic workplace. In this role, you'll partner with the HR Director and HR Manager to enhance our recruiting strategies, onboard top-notch candidates, and support the overall operations of the Human Resources department.
Roles & Responsibilities:Develop and execute comprehensive recruiting plans and strategies to attract qualified candidates.Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide regular updates on the recruitment process.Source and recruit candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media platforms, professional networking sites as well as outside-the-box, creative sources.Assist Hiring Managers with screening resumes and applications and conducting phone and in-person interviews to help assess candidate qualifications and suitability for the job.Collaborate with department managers to develop accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria.Build relationship with hiring managers and becomes a trusted partner to internal teams.Manage the pre-employment process by submitting background checks, arranging drug screens, and conducting employment verifications to ensure that potential candidates meet our company's standards and requirements.Provide the senior leadership team monthly KPI reports and assessments related to recruitment such as time-to-fill, time-to-hire, source of hire, employee turnover, etc.Conduct and analyze exit interviews and make actionable recommendations based on trends and data.Develop pipeline of talent, specifically for frequently filled positions as well as hard to fill locations.Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.Revamp and execute new-hire onboarding process and orientation program.Assist the Director of Human Resources with developing/updating and executing policies, programs, and procedures.Manage Company's HRIS (currently Paycom) including entering new hires, updating employee data, processing status changes such as terminations, posting open positions, creating ad-hoc reports when needed, etc.Help coordinate employee events and activities including quarterly off-site leadership meetings.Assist with other HR-related functions and projects as needed.Qualifications
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or a related-field preferred.3+ years' of demonstrated success in an HR Generalist role including full-cycle recruiting.Proven ability to successfully meet deliverables and excel in sourcing experienced, qualified candidates for multiple, industry-specific positions.Proficient with MS Office, specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.Advanced proficiency with using an Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Human Resources Information System (HRIS) preferred. Paycom experience a plus.Sound knowledge of recruitment best practices and employment laws.Skills & Abilities:
Dedicated and resourceful self-starter that can deliver results.Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.Ability to work both independently or as part of a team while successfully managing multiple recruitment projects and tasks simultaneously.Results driven and passionate about recruiting and working in the human resources field.Effective social media, internet, and networking skills related to recruitment activities.Strong organizational and time-management skills.Ability to develop and maintain positive relationships with hiring managers and potential candidates.
