Position:

Experienced Service Business Development Center (BDC) Manager

We are seeking a qualified Service BDC Manager with a robust background in customer service and proven experience in the automotive industry. This position offers an exciting opportunity for a professional ready to make an impact in a supportive and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, train, and motivate BDC representatives by setting a positive example

Collect, analyze, and report on department metrics to track performance and identify areas for improvement

Maximize sales and profitability of the internet sales department

Provide escalated support for staff and customers to resolve issues effectively

Create and sustain a process-driven work environment

Forecast departmental goals and objectives to ensure alignment with company targets

Track and manage department appointments, calls, sales, and contacts through the CRM system

Collaborate closely with other department managers and leadership to drive cohesive efforts

Recruit, hire, manage, and oversee performance for all BDC employees

Experience with eLEAD CRM

is a plus but not required

Qualifications

2+ years of automotive industry experience

preferred

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to build an effective team

Proficient in multi-tasking within a fast-paced environment

Excellent verbal communication skills

Bilingual/multilingual skills are a plus but not required
