Job Description PR/ Content Coordinator will support content creation and public relations efforts to enhance online and offline brand presence. This position plays a key role in managing cohesive brand messaging across owned, paid, and earned channels to amplify the brand's voice and engagement in the U.S. market. The ideal candidate has strong copywriting skills, a sharp eye for visuals, and the ability to maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints. Responsibilities Develop, draft, and oversee content for owned, earned, and paid channels, including websites, social media, digital platforms, press releases, and native articles. Ensure all visual and written content aligns with brand tone, guidelines, and objectives. Manage and update website content to maintain an engaging online presence. Coordinate sample orders and product requests for media and influencer partners. Collaborate with the HQ team to ensure all content is current, relevant, and accurately represents the brand. Review and quality-check all content, including visuals, copy, and product imagery. Lead the creation of PR materials, including press releases and media kits, ensuring they adhere to brand messaging. Analyze and report on content performance metrics to drive optimization and inform strategy. Build relationships with media and digital outlets to strengthen PR efforts and brand visibility. Stay updated on industry trends and social media developments to keep the brand's content strategies innovative and relevant. Day-to-Day Responsibilities Manage the content pipeline for owned and earned channels (PR, social, website). Review and refine content drafts, including visuals and copy, ensuring they meet brand standards. Collaborate with internal and external teams to align on timelines, feedback, and final approvals. Monitor digital platforms to ensure timely updates and troubleshoot any issues. Qualifications Entry level Proven experience in PR, content creation, or a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment. Exceptional copywriting and editing skills with attention to detail. Strong visual sensibility and ability to evaluate content aesthetics. Proficiency with content management systems (e.g., WordPress) and social media tools (e.g., Sprinklr, Hootsuite). Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment. Experience in collaborating with global teams is a plus. Knowledge of analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social insights platforms) to measure content performance.
