Responsibilities As a STRATEGY DEVELOPMENT & INTERNAL CONTROL MANAGER, your typical work assignments may include: Responsible for personnel and training related functions of staff such as assessment of candidates, selection, and the planning and execution of employee development programs. Works in coordination with the Office of Strategic Planning to translate DEA policies and priorities into agency-wide strategic goals and objectives. Develops plans for successful and sustainable implementation of goals and decisions. Collaborates with the enterprise data management offices to align compliance analytics with strategic data priorities. Recommends value-added data analytics to inform process improvement initiatives, plans, decision-making, and compliance reviews and mitigation plans. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Applicants must meet all of the required qualification requirements described below by the closing of this announcement. For GS 15: One year of experience (equivalent to at least the GS-14 level or pay band in the Federal service) that includes performing the following duties:1) Performing collaborative data analytics to improve operational efficiencies; 2) Developing process improvement and strategic plans for an organization; 3) Advising and assisting senior leaders on change management; 4) Independently carrying out significant projects and studies to meet constantly changing demands.
