Manage client matters with a high degree of professionalism and careCollaborate with team members on case management, practice management, and business developmentHandle courtroom appearances confidentlyParticipate in negotiations and mediationsEnsure compliance with family law statutes and procedural rulesExhibit creativity, flexibility, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
Requirements:
Licensed to practice law in Texas3-5 years of Texas family law experienceProven experience in courtroom litigation, negotiation, and mediationStrong understanding of the Texas Family Code and the Texas Rules of Civil ProcedureExceptional verbal and written communication skillsExcellent time management, prioritization, and problem-solving skillsAbility to utilize technology to meet the demands of the legal marketplaceStrong attention to detail and solution-oriented common sense
