As a
Steampunk
Salesforce
Functional Analyst
, you will work with Technical/Solutions Architects and Developers and Business Analysts to translate business requirements into well‐architected solutions that bestleveragethe Salesforce platform. Develop, test, document andmaintainsolutions, integrations, and data migration elements of a Salesforce implementation using Salesforce declarative or programmatic development resources such asflows, validations, approvals, Visualforce pages,Lightning components, and everything clicks not code. Execute test plans to ensure quality delivery using test code and unit tests. Follow coding standards andparticipatein code reviews during projects to ensureappropriate designpatterns are followed.
Contributions
Handle administrative functions in Salesforce applications including maintenance of user accounts, profiles, roles, security, and data access, setting upflows, sharing rules and permission sets.
Administer standard and custom fields, map them out across integrations
Analyze database issues and troubleshoot problems.
Assistin training rollouts tonew usersand growthe applicationknowledge.
Envision, develop, and deploy tools to streamline processes to gain efficiencies and improve key metrics
Keepup to dateon new Salesforce features
Create and manage reporting and dashboard tools within Salesforce
Assist with requirements gathering as needed
Qualifications
Salesforce certified professional with a minimum oftwoyears of Salesforce functional experience.
Experience working with product owners to understand business needs and translate them into Salesforce specific user stories.
Experience delivering a Salesforce project using Agile.
Experience leading grooming sessions, developing the product backlog, leading Sprint ceremonies, planning and conducting testing and other functional related activities.
Has experience leading, mentoring, and overseeing the work of junior functional resources.
Certified Scrum Master preferred
Must have a BA/BS degree.
Ability to obtain government clearance
