Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
The Program Manager provides leadership, management, direction, administration, and quality assurance for a large, complex enterprise IT service management (ITSM) program for a DoD customer (USSOUTHCOM). Responsibilities include ensuring customer mission success across numerous concurrent ITSM and modernization tasks; ensuring quality and timeliness of all deliverables; workforce management; applying financial controls; financial and status reporting both to the government and corporate leadership; and risk management.
Minimum Qualifications:
A minimum of 10 years of overall experience PM experience including planning, directing, coordinating, and managing people and deliverables.
A minimum of five years of experience managing a performance-based program or portfolio of programs, leading geographically dispersed IT operations and engineering staff of varying skill levels in an environment. The program/portfolio should have a size/value of at least $50M/year or $200M awarded value.
Bachelor’s Degree or a minimum of 10 years of experience leading high-performing teams
Experience at a DoD Combatant Command (e.g., SOUTHCOM, NORTHCOM, CENTCOM, CYBERCOM, INDOPACOM, EUCOM, AFRICOM, STRATCOM, TRANSCOM, SOCOM, SPACECOM) or a component.
Desired Qualifications:
An active certification in one of the following
Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Professional (PMP)
Program Management Professional (PMP) certification.
Clearance Requirements:
Must have an active/current Top-Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility.
Physical Requirements:
The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time. Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
