Key Responsibilities:

Assist in managing a portfolio of strategic partnershipsServe as a point of contact for partners, addressing inquiries and facilitating communication.Primary PartsSource representative for named sites and stakeholders within partnership.Coordinate and support partnership projects from initiation through execution.Assist in developing account plans, timelines, and deliverables.Track project progress and ensure alignment with partnership goals.Work closely with program owners and cross-functional teams to support partnership activities.Facilitate communication between internal teams and external partners.Assist in preparing and delivering presentations and reports for stakeholders.Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to partnership activities.Assist in preparing regular reports on partnership performance and outcomes.Manage partnership documentation and maintain accurate records.Schedule and coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and document meeting minutes.Provide administrative support to program owners as needed.Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Healthcare Administration, Engineering or a related field.5-7 years of experience in program management, with a focus on strategic partnerships.Proven track record of supporting large-scale partnership programs.Experience working with executive stakeholders and cross-functional teams.Strong leadership and team management abilities.Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.Strategic thinker with the ability to drive results and manage complex programs.Experience leading and managing teams within territory or region.Benefits & Perks
