Digital Account Manager
to help take our client relationships to the next level!
Candidates must be located in Southern California or Phoenix, AZ
In this role, you'll be at the forefront of managing our digital accounts, providing top-notch service and ensuring client satisfaction. You'll work closely with clients to understand their needs and help them leverage our digital marketing solutions effectively.
We're offering a competitive salary ranging from $70,000 to $110,000 based on your experience, along with attractive bonuses and growth opportunities!
Your responsibilities will include:
Client Relationship Management:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and goalsAccount Growth:
Identify opportunities for account expansion and cross-selling of IT services and solutionsProject Coordination : Collaborate with technical teams to ensure successful delivery of IT projects and servicesPerformance Monitoring:
Track account performance, analyze data, and prepare reports to present to clients and senior managementProblem Solving:
Address client issues and concerns promptly, providing solutions and recommendations to enhance service deliveryContract Management:
Negotiate contracts and agreements, ensuring alignment with client expectations and company policiesMarket Research:
Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings to provide valuable insights to clientsRequirements
An understanding of IT services, outsourcing, large enterprise IT services salesIdeal person would have 4-7 years of experience working as an Account Manager in the IT Consulting and Services IndustryPrior experience in a Sales, Customer Success, or Account Management role is requiredDemonstrable experience managing client relationships with large commercial/enterprise organizationsEffectively manage multiple client accounts simultaneouslyAn outgoing personality with strong communication and presentation skills - both verbal and writtenDemonstrable ability to author high-quality professional communicationsStrong work ethic and a drive to deliver excellent work products/outputsExcellent "soft" (inter-personal) skills when working with both internal and external customersAn organized team player who is resourceful and dependable with attention to detailA strong relationship-builder with influence and negotiation skillsComfortable initiating/conducting regular interaction with clients in person, over the phone, via email, and video callsProblem-solver who can view a situation from multiple angles, devise solutions, and execute on themOpen to continual learning and improvement and takes a hands-on approach to their developmentAble to interface with contacts in different time zones across a global organizationAble to be flexible, resilient, and thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced work environmentBenefits
