Job Title: Solderer AssemblerJob DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled Solderer to join our dynamic team. As a Solderer, you will be responsible for assembling and inspecting electrical panels, circuit boards, and assemblies as per related documentation and drawings. You will also participate in various stages of production, including component preparation, mechanical assembly, and final assembly. This role requires precision, excellent hand-eye coordination, and a commitment to quality standards.ResponsibilitiesAssemble and inspect electrical panels, circuit boards, and assemblies per related documentation and drawingsTrim and form leaded partsUse a soldering iron to build basic electrical assembliesProperly fill out production documentationCommunicate with Cell Team Leaders on parts shortages and problemsFinal assembly, packing, and shipping of productsRotate to different workstations and cells as neededComplete hour-by-hour forms or other documentation for cycle time/performance analysisPerform component preparation, placement, and installationParticipate in training and certification programs to ensure job knowledge and skills are up to datePerform hand soldering, inspection, and touch-up of thru-hole/SMT, mixed assemblies, and custom parts as per specifications and IPC workmanship standardsPerform rework of thru-hole/SMT, mixed assemblies, and custom parts as per specifications and IPC workmanship standardsEssential SkillsSolderingSurface mount technologyAbility to read and understand assembly documentationHand dexterity and hand-eye coordinationVerbal and written communication skillsKnowledge of related tools and equipmentWorks well in a team environmentIPC-A-610 certificationIPC-J-STD-001 certified in soldering for both thru-hole and SMTCertified for rework - thru-hole level 1-3Certified for rework - surface mount level 1-2Why Work Here?Join a collaborative and supportive team that values continuous learning and development.
