**Job Title: Solderer** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled Solderer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for soldering parts together, reading blueprints, and assisting production to ensure equipment runs smoothly. **Responsibilities** + Solder parts together with precision and accuracy. + Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to complete tasks. + Assist the production team to ensure all equipment operates smoothly and efficiently. **Essential Skills** + Proficiency in soldering and welding techniques. + Ability to read and understand blueprints and schematics. + Experience using hand tools for soldering and welding. + At least 6 months of experience in welding or soldering. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Strong attention to detail and precision in work. + Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. **Why Work Here?** Great benefits package with up to 80% employer-paid coverage, access to an onsite nurse once permanent, and opportunities for internal advancement based on performance.
