This position may be supporting more than one leader within Product Design & Innovation.Responsibilities:Schedules meetings, maintains calendars and supports general administrative work of moderate difficulty and complexity.Operates computer using intermediate software applications, e.g., develops tables, uses spreadsheets.Assists with meeting planning/preparation, coordinates in-office activities.Process procurement orders for office equipment and supplies.Manages distribution lists.Makes minor decisions and recommendations, e.g., reads, directs and prioritizes mail, screens calls and responds to routine questions.Maintains confidentiality of all information.Receives general instructions and acts when general instructions indicate courses of action.May act as a backup for processing software requests.Qualifications:Strong written and verbal communication skillsStrong time management and organizational skillsCreative problem-solving skillsStrong teamwork orientationSelf-motivated, detail oriented and deadline drivenPrior Administrative Assistant experience is a plusPrior experience with Office 360 is a plusAdditional Requirements:This is a Hybrid position based in Newark NJ. New hire will need to come into the office at minimum twice a week and work virtually the rest of the week. Therefore, new hires must be able to provide the following & all new hires who work remotely will be held accountable to these standards:Subscribe to internet service provider plan with at least 25 Mbps download speeds. The salary range for this role is from $54,000.00 to $80,300.00. Specific pricing for the role may vary within the above range based on many factors including geographic location, candidate experience, and skills.
