Our well-known pharma client in the Northern suburbs is seeking a Marketing Automation Specialist to join their team for a 6 month contract. This role is hybrid in Mettawa, IL.
**We are looking for 2 different levels: \ -Associate Marketing Automation Specialist with 2+ years experience in Adobe Experience Cloud (up to \$38/hr)\ -Marketing Automation Specialist with 5+ years experience in Adobe Experience Cloud (up to \$50/hr)
Summary: You\'ll be a key cross-functional member of the CDP Activation team and will be responsible for the day-to-day management, oversight and optimization of CDP activation projects reporting to the Associate Director, Consumer Data Products.
In order to be considered Marketing Automation Specialist must have: \ 1. Requires a minimum of 2+ years of progressively increasing responsibility in Adobe Experience Cloud products, including AEP, Adobe Analytics, AJO and CJA.\ 2. Requires strong collaboration and interpersonal skills to be effective managing through a highly matrixed organization\ 3. Ability to work and lead independent initiatives without day-to-day supervision\ 4. Able to prioritize & gracefully manage competing priorities to ensure deadlines are met.\ 5. Collaborative nature and ability to influence and guide cross-functional stakeholders.
Primary responsibilities of this role: \ - Build, QC and execute low complexity audiences. Day-to-day management of CDP audience updates from scope through execution including scope documentation, managing the Project Scope, and partnering with the internal resources.\ -Ensure high quality, on-time, and error free implementation, testing, and QA of campaigns within the platform.\ -Identify any issues or concerns the team has with cross functional and agency partners. Work with the Senior Consumer Data Products Specialist or Associate Director to resolve issues, identify root cause, and recommend corrective action where necessary.\ -Maintain segment taxonomy structure and maintain a running inventory of all CDP audience activities.\ -Monitor campaign performance and proactively provides recommendations to drive an increase in engagement.\ -Develop and maintain project documents, timelines, proofing checklists and status reports. Possess minute-by-minute knowledge of all work in progress, identify risks and ways to mitigate issues.
Qualifications: \ - Bachelor\'s Degree in Business or Marketing or equivalent experience\ -Requires a minimum of 2+ years of progressively increasing responsibility in Adobe Experience Cloud products, including AEP, Adobe Analytics, AJO and CJA.\ -Requires strong collaboration and interpersonal skills to be effective managing through a highly matrixed organization\ -Skills required include business acumen, organizational assessment, creativity, interpersonal skills, and quantitative analytical abilities.\ -Outstanding communicator and comfortable interacting with a diverse group of technical and non-technical people\ -Results-oriented, self-starter with passion for user experience, technology and the internet\ -Ability to work and lead independent initiatives without day-to-day supervision\ -Able to prioritize & gracefully manage competing priorities to ensure deadlines are met.\ -Collaborative nature and ability to influence and guide cross-functional stakeholders.\ -Exceptional functional knowledge and expertise on digital marketing platforms.
