Job Title: Sales Manager - Pre-Engineered Metal Buildings (PEMB)
Job Summary:The Sales Manager for Pre-Engineered Metal Buildings (PEMB) is responsible for driving sales and business development within the PEMB sector. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, managing customer relationships, and overseeing the sales process from lead generation to project closure. The ideal candidate will have strong industry knowledge, a proven track record in sales, and the ability to work closely with engineering and project management teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project execution.
Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets for PEMB projects.Identify and pursue new business opportunities with commercial, industrial, and institutional clients.Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including architects, contractors, developers, and building owners.Manage the entire sales cycle from initial inquiry to final contract negotiation.Provide product expertise on PEMB systems, benefits, and capabilities to prospective clients.Collaborate with engineering and design teams to create custom solutions and accurate proposals.Prepare and present sales proposals, pricing, and project timelines to potential clients.Track and report on sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends.Maintain a strong knowledge of industry developments, competitors, and regulatory requirements.Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network and generate leads.Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and timely project execution.Qualifications:
5+ years of sales experience in the construction or building materials industry, preferably in Pre-Engineered Metal Buildings (PEMB).Strong knowledge of PEMB products, systems, and industry standards.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with customers and industry partners.Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Preferred:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.Experience working with architects, general contractors, and construction firms.
Compensation is dependent on candidate's experience and sales record within the PEMB industry. Base salary + bonus incentives.
