JOB SUMMARYAn insurance marketing manager plays a crucial role in developing and executing marketing strategies to promote insurance products and services for a real estate lending focused product. Here is an overview of the responsibilities, skills, and qualifications typically associated with this position:

SUMMARY OF ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONSMarket Research and Analysis:• Conduct research to understand market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape• Analyze data to identify opportunities for growth and target customer segmentsStrategic Planning:• Develop and implement marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and drive sales• Collaborate to align marketing efforts with business objectives• Develop and execute the Underwriting strategy and appetite• Assistance in day-to-day operations and projects as assigned which could have client, business group, divisional and corporate impactCampaign Development:• Create and manage marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, social media, print, events)• Monitor and analyze campaign performance to optimize resultsContent Creation:• Oversee the development of marketing materials, including brochures, website content, newsletters, and advertisements• Ensure messaging is consistent with brand standards and resonates with the target audienceDigital Marketing:• Utilize SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media to enhance online presence and lead generation• Analyze website traffic and customer engagement metrics to refine digital strategiesRelationship Management:• Build, cultivate, and maintain relationships with partners, brokers, and other stakeholders• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a unified approach to marketing and customer service• Drive the distribution strategy by cultivating new and existing broker relationships that includes development and execution of production strategies and business plansBudget Management:• Manage the marketing budget, ensuring resources are allocated effectively to achieve maximum ROIReporting and Analysis:• Prepare reports on marketing performance, including key metrics and insights for senior management• Adjust strategies based on analysis and feedback• Measure and optimize portfolio progress by reviewing and analyzing underwriting data and monitoring industry best practices to identify opportunities for continuous improvement• Development and execution of production strategies and business plans to implement and maximize growth objectives and rate goals. Coordination with other business units is expected and encouraged to offer the best holistic solutions to our clients

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS•

Required: Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A master's degree (MBA) is a plus•

Required: Licensed in P&C, Commercial and E&S Markets• Proven experience in marketing, preferably within the insurance or financial services industry• Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms• Proficient in data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM software)• Understanding of SEO, SEM, and social media marketing strategies• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities• Project management skills and the ability to work under tight deadlines• Ability to work both independently and as a team

ABILITIES REQUIRED• Ability to meet highest attendance requirements• Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently• Ability to use personal computer, calculator, etc.• Could involve some lifting up to 20 pounds• Ability to sit for extended periods of time without much movement• Ability to work in time-sensitive environment with non-flexible deadlines• All candidates must have the ability to speak, read and write English• Excellent Excel skills and system database proficiency• Possess the following competencies: adaptability/flexibility, communications, decision making/judgment, interpersonal skills, personal organization, problem solving/analysis• Ability to work under pressure and make informed decisions• Must be able to work a minimum of 40 hours per week
