We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical part in supporting department managers and keeping day-to-day operations running smoothly. Job Responsibilities:
Schedule meetings, coordinate travel arrangements, and maintain appointment calendars for department managers or supervisors; may also coordinate meeting amenities, such as refreshments. Update and maintain databases, system applications, files, and spreadsheets to ensure accuracy and accessibility of information, and prepare reports as directed. File documents according to established procedures for both on-site storage and long-term archiving. Process and distribute incoming and outgoing mail, interoffice messages, and faxes throughout the department. Skill Set Requirements:
Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel. A willingness to learn and follow directions accurately. Strong attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
