The ideal candidate will have substantial experience defending employers in single-plaintiff discrimination, harassment, and retaliation cases, as well as ERISA litigation. This position requires occasional in-office presence for meetings, depositions, and court appearances. The successful candidate will have an excellent academic background, proven experience in employment litigation, and exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
