This full-time role involves drafting essential estate documents, such as wills, trusts, and powers of attorney, to support clients and their families in ensuring their wishes are respected and upheld. The ideal candidate will possess a keen understanding of estate planning and probate law and demonstrate strong negotiation, organizational, and communication skills.Location:Miami, FLDuties:Draft and prepare estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, and powers of attorneyOrganize and maintain client files to ensure records are up-to-date and accurateRepresent clients in court hearings as required, advocating effectively for their needsCollaborate with senior partners and paralegals to advance cases through the civil litigation processAnalyze client situations to develop appropriate strategies for estate managementRequirements:Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in estate planning and probate law within a legal firmStrong knowledge of title insurance, property management, and both residential and commercial real estate lawExcellent negotiation and organizational skillsEffective communication abilities, especially in high-stress or emotionally charged situationsEducation:Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law schoolBachelor’s degree with a legal backgroundCertifications:Active membership in good standing with the American Bar Association (ABA)Skills:Proficiency in drafting estate documents and handling probate mattersStrong analytical and negotiation skillsAbility to manage multiple client cases and collaborate within a teamEmotional intelligence and tactfulness in client interactions
