Description:Provides a full range of human resource programs and services supporting BHSF mission/values to management and employees. Acts as a liaison and business partner to departments to assist in identification of trends/concerns and resolution. This is accomplished through day-to-day involvement with employee, employee groups, supervisory personnel and department directors.
Estimated salary range for this position is $70,877.76 - $92,141.09 / year depending on experience.
Qualifications:Degrees:
Bachelors.
Additional Qualifications:
Bachelor‘s degree preferably in Human Resources or psychology.Masters degree preferred.Leadership experience is preferred with direct experience in employee relations.Healthcare experience preferred.PHR/SPHR, SHRM-CP/SCP or ASHHRA-CHHR certification preferred.Strong knowledge of state and federal legislation and experience responding to unemployment claims and/or grievances.
Minimum Required Experience: 6
