RemoteDescriptionThe Senior Brand Manager of Restylane

will oversee the preparation and execution for upcoming launches in the Restylane portfolio, including future indications and new products. This role will be responsible and accountable for developing launch plans, timelines, clear goals and KPIs with key cross-functional stakeholder and leadership involvement.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop comprehensive product launch plans, including market research plans, timelines, milestones, and budgets.Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to define launch objectives and ensure launch readiness for successful go-to-market launch strategies.Partner with other members of the marketing team and agencies to develop effective positioning, messaging, and promotional/educational materials.Work with sales training team and sales leadership to create training materials for successful launch to the salesforce.Monitor and report on launch progress, including tracking of KPIs, identifying and mitigating risks.Collaborate with global colleagues to ensure best practices are integrated into the U.S. launch plan.Manage agency relationships and budgets.Participate in and develop relationships with the sales force advisory group.Seek feedback and alignment from other business and functional leaders, as appropriate.Serve as a consultant and provide strategic points of view on other aesthetic portfolio initiatives, as needed.Other duties may be assigned.Skills and QualificationsBachelors degree is required; an MBA is strongly preferred.Minimum eight (8) years of relevant strategy and marketing experience in a large, complex organization.Pharmaceutical industry and/or relevant beauty experience preferred.Product launch experience required.Experience in a US marketing organization.Global marketing experience a plus.Proven ability to think strategically as well as execute and implement.Proven experiences managing creative agencies, timelines and budgets with little supervision.Proven ability to collaborate with upstream partners and drive tactical, downstream marketing activities.Ability to read and interpret documents such as agency contracts, sponsorship agreements, and product labeling.Must be able to write launch plans and develop reports and correspondence.Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.Must be highly organized and able to perform multiple tasks at same time.Travel estimated up to 30%.What we offer in returnYou will be working for an organization that embraces diversity & inclusion and believes we will deliver better outcomes by reflecting the perspectives of our diverse customer base.
