The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in employment law and litigation, with a proven track record in handling various employment-related claims and agency charges. The role involves defending and litigating employment disputes, advising and training employers, and representing clients in multiple forums.Duties:Defend and litigate lawsuits involving a broad range of employment-related claims and agency charges of discrimination.Advise, counsel, and train employers on various employment and labor law issues.Represent employers in court, before administrative agencies, at mediations, and in arbitrations in employment matters, including class/collective actions, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, contract disputes, employment torts, and non-compete cases.Draft, review, and manage legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and briefs.Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategies.Manage case files and maintain effective communication with clients and stakeholders.Develop and implement strategies for complex employment litigation cases.Stay updated on current state and federal agency procedures and legal developments.Collaborate with team members and work independently on various projects.Requirements:5+ years of experience in employment litigation, with a strong preference for an employment law background.JD from an accredited law school with excellent academic credentials.Current Florida Bar admission or the ability to obtain admission promptly.Strong understanding of current agency procedures (state and federal).Excellent written and oral communication skills.Attention to detail and commitment to excellence.Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.Strong organizational, time management, and project management skills.Commitment to professionalism, collegiality, and teamwork.Education:Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.Certifications:Current Bar Admission in Florida (or ability to obtain promptly).Skills:Expertise in employment litigation and employment law.Proficiency in drafting and managing employment-related legal documents.Strong legal research and analytical skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Effective case management and organizational skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.High level of professionalism and dedication to client service.Company infoBCG Attorney Search801 Brickell Avenue, Suite 900MiamiFloridaUnited States 33131Phone :
