Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and versatile
Scrum Master
to guide and coach cross-functional teams in Agile methodologies, enhance team performance, and ensure the successful delivery of complex projects. This role will be crucial in driving Agile transformation, mentoring teams, and coaching key stakeholders across various industries, including financial services, education, and technology.
Scrum Master Facilitation:Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.Help teams prioritize and manage their backlogs effectively, ensuring user stories are well-defined and ready for implementation.Remove impediments, resolve conflicts, and ensure teams can focus on delivering high-quality, incremental value.Agile Transformation & Consulting:
Lead and support clients in Agile transformations, introducing and coaching teams through new ways of working.Conduct workshops and provide hands-on training to help organizations adopt Agile practices and align with business objectives.Agile Tools & Practices:
Utilize tools like Jira, Confluence, and other Agile management software to track work progress, manage backlogs, and optimize workflows.Support teams in using Kanban boards, Agile charts, and other tools to visualize work and improve delivery efficiency.Apply Agile principles to enhance the delivery of high-quality software and products, while ensuring the team's psychological safety and well-being.Experience:
5+ years of experience working in Agile environments, with at least 2-3 years of experience as a Scrum Master and Agile Coach.Demonstrated success leading and coaching teams in Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) across different industries, including financial services, technology, and education.Hands-on experience with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Kanban boards.Certifications:
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) required.SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) or similar Agile certifications a plus.Additional Agile-related certifications or training is an advantage (e.g., Agile Coaching, Product Owner, Kanban).
